On August 14, 2019, a bicyclist was struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle in the 700 block of Vine Street in Harrisonburg, Virginia. The bicyclist sustained serious injuries as a result of the collision. The vehicle driver did not stop following the collision and fled the scene.
